The PBE is currently undergoing a few undocumented changes. This article discusses some of the changes that have been made to Cloud Drake and Everfrost, two champions who are receiving reworks in the Preseason 2022 PBE.
The cloud drake buff is a change that was made to the Cloud Drake. It has not been documented, but it has been seen in the PBE files.
There isn’t much lacking in this.
Despite Riot’s declaration of preseason 2022 in the PBE, there remain several. Here’s what I discovered:
To begin with, Cloud Dragon’s Ultimate Ability Haste is no longer available. Instead, it increases your Out of Combat Move Speed by 3.5 percent and your Slow Resistance by 3.5 percent. It’s essentially a combination of a mini-mobis and a mini-swifties. The Cloud Dragon Soul hasn’t changed (10 percent movement speed, increased to 60 percent after you cast an ultimate as a 30 second cooldown).
It is additive with other cloud dragons and multiplicative with goods.
Second, Everfrost is less expensive (3200g vs. 2800g), and it no longer requires the use of a Kindlegem, instead requiring just one Ruby Crystal to construct. Everfrost received 10 AP (80 AP -> 70 AP) in exchange, as well as 5 AP from its epic passive (15 AP per legendary item -> 10 AP per legendary item). This formula is noticeably similar to that of the Crown of the Shattered Queen. This update, along with the Glacial Augment overhaul, may make it viable on certain mage (or enchanter) supports.
Surprisingly, it did not lose any HP.
The word active has the same meaning as active.
Finally, the Chemtech Rift’s Camouflage zones are located here. Enemies cannot see you unless you either a) enter the camouflage zone, b) attack, c) there is a pink ward (Control Ward), or d) they are close to you (visibility range is approximately Akshan’s W).
So they’re in the vicinity of Wolves and Red Buff.
Finally, here are the locations of the Hextech Rift portals. To completely reach your objective, you must channel them (i.e., they cannot be harmed by anything, even minions). River portals may be used to go back and forth. The Nexus gateways are only one-way.
You don’t “exactly” transfer to the location of the arrows. Only a short distance away.
Finally, here are the Ornn names (and with their recipes) for the new items:D.
One Support Tank Mythic is for the Solari, while the other is for the Lunari. Nice.

Evenshroud’s formula is identical to Locket of the Iron Solari’s, while Crown of the Shattered Queen’s recipe is identical to Everfrost’s new recipe, providing for a variety of options. When the amount of daylight in a 24 hour day equals the amount of darkness, an Equinox occurs, i.e. when the Earth is in a portion of its orbit where it is neither inclined towards or away from the sun, likely representing equality between the Lunari and Solari. A caesura is a pause between musical phrases or poetry verses/lines, and the caesura here is most likely referring to Isolde’s repose in her fairy tale-like narrative.
When you are in the lead in the Objective Bounties, your towers will be highlighted, which I don’t have screenshots for. In addition, a tiny red indication in the bottom right corner of your minimap will show you how and how much the opposing team will receive the reward.
